This page explains, in plain language, what information TintAssist collects and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tintassistos.com and ask.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you fill in the form on our site, that is:
- Your name
- Your shop name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Which plan you selected, and whether you already have a website
- Anything you type into the message box
How the form actually works, because it is unusual and you should know. Our form does not send your details to a server of ours. When you press Get started, it opens your own email app with a message already written, addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own email app, and nothing reaches us if you close it instead. Your details travel as an ordinary email from your account, not through our website.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies or analytics on this site. We are not tracking your visit.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anybody.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you visited.
- We do not take payment on this site, so we never see card details here.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to answer questions about plans and pricing, and to set up your service if you decide to go ahead. That is all.
Who else sees it
Your email reaches our inbox, which is hosted by an email provider. If you become a customer, we use service providers to run your website and your AI assistant. We share only what those providers need in order to deliver the service, and we do not give anyone your details for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are talking, and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Email hello@tintassistos.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not have to give a reason.
Changes
If we change this page we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you.
