Terms

These are the terms for using TintAssist. We have kept them short and readable on purpose. Questions: hello@tintassistos.com.
What you are buying
A monthly subscription. Which plan you are on decides what you get:
- Starter — $149/month. A website for your shop. No AI.
- Pro — $299/month. The website, plus an AI assistant for your shop. If you already have a website, we connect it instead of rebuilding it.
- Shop OS — $449/month. Everything in Pro, with the AI set up using your real price list, the films you carry, and your shop policies.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply.
Paying and cancelling
- Billing is monthly, in advance, starting when your service goes live.
- You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
- We do not refund part-months, but we will not bill you again after you cancel.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may pause the service until it is.
What we need from you
We cannot build your site or set up your AI without your content. That means your services, prices, photos, hours and contact details. If we cannot get those from you, your setup waits. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos, or text you give us.
Who owns what
- Your content stays yours. Your photos, your prices, your text, your customer information.
- Our software stays ours. The platform, the templates, and the AI system are licensed to you while you subscribe, not sold.
- If you cancel, you can take your content with you. Ask and we will provide it.
About the AI — read this one
The AI assistant is a tool to help you and your staff. It can be wrong. It can misread a question or give an answer that does not fit the job in front of you.
Always check anything that matters before you act on it — especially a price you are about to quote a customer, and anything about window tint laws, which vary and change. You are responsible for what you tell your customers. The AI does not replace your own judgement, and we are not liable for a decision made on its output.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee a particular position in Google, a number of leads, or an amount of revenue. We build the site properly; we cannot promise what the market does.
- We aim to keep your site and AI available, but we do not promise they will never go down. Things we depend on can fail.
- We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to publish content you do not have the rights to, or to attempt to damage or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We can suspend an account that does.
Limit of responsibility
Where the law allows it, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time, as above. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously broken. If we end it without cause, we refund any period you have paid for and not received.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will update the date at the top and tell existing customers by email. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
